I made time for silence one day. The Energy That Be said: ” I will smile down on you if you smile up at me.” I lifted my head and the sun shone brighter. The breeze caressed me ever so 
lovingly. Then I heard the song of the bird. At that moment, problems, aches and pain were set aside to admire God’s creation. I was filled with an attitude of gratitude. Every day I am reminded to walk with my head high so that my smile can meet with the sunshine. Then I know that the universe is smiling down on me.
