I Have Learned

I have learned that you can not make choices for other people.

I have learned that what others think of me is none of my business.

I have learned that my thoughts affect the universe.

I have learned that if I don’t care about myself, noboby else will.

I have learned that I don’t know very much.

I have learned not to sweat the small stuff.

I have learned that the law of expectation is hard at work.  Meditate on it.

I have learned that the way other people view me affects my self esteem. Therefore it is up to me to act in a way that commands respect.
