Golden Rules For Serenity

1. Choose happiness: Upon awakening say THANK YOU.

2. Expect the best of everything.  Our expectations become our reality.

3. Accept what you cannot change.  Don’t forget the power of one.

4. Look in the mirror and see the eyes of Christ.  Through him you can do all things.

5. Sing in the shower, in the car, while you work.  Music is healing.

6. Practice laughter, feigned laughter, forced laughter, deep laughter, real laughter.

7. Put a no disturb sign on your private space: meditate

8. Use holosync technology and self-hypnosis to de-stress.

9. Relax through deep breaths.  Superimpose a smile on your heart while you breath.

10. Approach life with a happy heart, peaceful mind and playful spirit. This approach has awesome self-healing powers.
