Eating celery is the best way to get rid of indigestion and it has many other positive effects such as getting rid of inflammation and providing fibre. It is so easy to eat and does not require dip. Go for it!

High On Life
Feel better as you recite, read or sing this poem
I am high on life.
The sun is shining oh, so bright!
I am high on life.
There is not a cloud in sight.
As I walk down the path
that leads me to the Source,
I keep my head way high
and praise His glorious deeds.
The universe loves me endlessly
and sends out vibrant energy
that I use in the best way,
that I share day after day.
The world loves me greatly
and reflects back joyfully
the deeds I accomplish for humanity
the hope I give faithfully.
Life loves me unconditionally
and mirrors my fantasy
sending back my way
thoughts, become reality.
I love being me.
I’m the best I can be.
I love being me.
In love I find the key. Simone Arbour Vegh

Surrender
To surrender means to accept that you are where you are meant to be on the stage of life and that everything happens for a reason in the grand scheme. Only He knows!
You have tried in vain
You are wracked with pain
How do you love again?
Surrender!
The road ahead is dark
If only there was a glimpse or a spark!
How do you leave your mark?
Surrender!
A deluge of tears you shed.
Your heart is trampled and bled!
How do you keep going ahead?
Surrender!
Hopes, dreams, promises entwine
and form the breath of the Divine
Who calls you to rise and shine.
Surrender!

Hommage
This poem was written the day princess Diana died. It took me 15 minutes to write it and to this day I still like it.
A princess died today.
A princess died today.
We each mourn in our way.
In the fairy tales I learned,
Sitting on my mother’s knee,
Princesses lived forever
And they lived happily.
In this story our princess
Made prisoner by the press
Tried to get away
And met with eternity.
She was the queen of hearts,
Gifted with grace and beauty.
She believed in doing her part
To care for humanity.
Freedom finally greets her way.
So great was her cry for mercy
That God took her away.

Don’t Quit
When things go wrong as they sometimes will,
When the road you’re trudging seems all uphill.
When the funds are low, and the debts are high,
And you want to smile, but have to sigh,
When care is pressing you down a bit
Rest if you must, but don’t you quit.
Success is failure turned inside out,
The silver tint of the clouds of doubt,
And you never can tell how close you are,
It may be near when it seems afar.
So, stick to the fight when you’re hardest hit
It’s when things go wrong that you mustn’t quit!

Hypnosis Through Story Telling
This story was given me in a dream on March, 5th, 2009. As a clinical hypnotherapist, I had been spending quite a bit of time writing and erasing scripts. It is amazing how the dream world will often come to the rescue. Since it was a gift to me, I am passing it on. If you are a hypnotist, you may use it to your advantage. If not, simply read it and then meditate on it or tape it and then listen to it with your eyes closed.
The main caracter is a whale? Or is it ? At first sight, it appeared as a very beautiful whale. The whale was put in a circular aquarium, a show place. Many people came to admire it. It seemed harmless and spectators jumped on its back and enjoyed riding it. Some stayed on for a long time. For others, it was a short ride.
As the whale sped through the aquarium, it became evident that this was not your ordinary whale. As the whale turned, one could see, on each of her side, an awful tumored growth in the shape of fish. In one wink of an eye, her majestic beauty had disappeared to be replaced by livid disgust. Other whales swimming around were beautiful throughout. Many were attracted to the tumored whale. The ride was smooth for a while. There was much laughter and fun. Then when the rider least expected it, he was gobbled up by the monster. Deep down, all spectators knew of the impending doom. Yet, they refused to acknowledge it, thinking they would jump off the ride before it was too late…before they were swallowed by the monster.
End of dream
Which one of the whales are you riding? The choice is yours. Are you ready to jump off now before you are gobbled up? How many unwanted tumors are there on the whale you are riding? Identify them! See what problems they bring to your health and your relationships. Is the ride so good that it is worth the risk?
